The Company has two mining assets Mecklenburg and Stellite Project located on the Bushveld Complex in South Africa, with total resources of approximately 41 million tons of chromite. On May 21, 2008, the Company acquired the remaining 49% interest in Ilitha Mining (Pty) Ltd. from Hernic Ferrochrome (Pty) Limited. On April 22, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Mkhombi Stellite (Pty) Ltd.
