Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. (Bellhaven) is a Canada-based exploration-stage company engaged in the exploration of mineral properties. Through three wholly owned subsidiaries, Aurum Explorations Inc. (Panama), Aurum Explorations Inc. (Colombia) and Cuprum Resources Corp. (Cuprum), the Company has acquired five mineral exploration concessions and one exploitation concession in Panama and four properties in Colombia. In Panama, all of the properties are volcanic hosted epithermal gold prospects, each with established precious metal mineralization and, with the exception of Chorcha, which is a copper porphyry with gold, silver and molybdenum potential, and Viento Frio, which also hosts manganese mineralization. The Companys properties include Cerro Chorcha Copper project, Cerro Quema Gold project, Santa Maria Gold Mine project, Rio Liri project, Veraguas project, Azuero projects and Viento Frio project.
