Ruby Creek Resources Inc. is a junior mineral resource exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resources. The Company has acquired the option to acquire a 100% interest in eight mineral claims (the More Creek properties) located in the Iskut River region of northern British Columbia, Canada, covering an area of approximately 2,919 hectares. The Company’s eight mineral claims are located approximately 20 kilometers west of the Bob Quinn airstrip, which is maintained by the Government of British Columbia. As of August 31, 2008, the Company’s mineral claims do not have any mineral reserves.
