Koc Holding A.S. is the holding company of Koc Group based in Turkey, which serves the group as the decision making body in charge of identifying strategies, controlling and coordinating activities. The Holding's group companies are active in the automotive, durable goods, food and retail, energy, finance, tourism, construction and information technology sectors. The companies operating under Koc Holding A.S. include Ford and Tofas in the automotive sector; Arcelik, Beko and Demirdokum in the durable goods sector; Aygaz and Opet in the energy sector; Migros, Tansas and Tat in the food and retail industry, and Yapi Kredi and Koc Finansal in the financial services industry. The Holding has established business partnerships with multinational companies, such as LG Electronics, Yamaha, Ford Motor Co., Allianz and Fiat Auto SpA. It has over 14,000 dealers and 117 consolidated companies, as well as establishments in 30 countries, and carries out export activities in over 100 countries.
